Helping Baltimore residents find homes in every community! About to start his 11th year as a realtor, Craig is a highly enthusiastic individual who loves his work and is proactive in the exciting urban renewal and revitalization happening in our neighborhoods across the city.
Born and reared in Virginia, Graduate with a B.A. degree in Elementary Education from Southeastern University in Florida, Craig moved to Baltimore in September of 1997 and had received his real estate license by May of 1998 at age 27.
Craig is also a member of the Live Baltimore organization and the Downtown Partnership to support and promote city living. His personal interests include studying spanish speaking at the Academy of Languages and he is a vocalist with the Handel Choir of Baltimore.
Over the last decade, Craig has been fortunate to purchase his own properties in Bolton Hill, Mount Vernon and currently resides in the old Epstein house in historic Butcher’s Hill on Patterson Park which he recently renovated. He also owns a multi-family in Bolton Hill and gets to be a landlord as well! Craig is well-known as an active resident as well as a knowledgeable, successful agent in these communities and others throughout the city.

Craig is part of “Team Maryland” sales team working with James DiGirolamo, and have received recognition of high honors and outstanding service from Long and Foster, Recognized from National Association of Realtors in Realtor Magazine, 2002 as #1 Top Producer team in the USA in 2001 with over 1080 transactions, with a cover story article of their interview with us on “Success in Numbers.” They were recognized again in 2003 as #6 in the USA, 2002, as well. In 2003-2004, Craig was Sales Manager for the Mount Vernon office in Baltimore and was recognized by Long and Foster for his dedication and outstanding service in this leadership position.
Craig and Team Maryland had sales of nearly $20 Million in 2006. To date, they have sold more than $100 Million and over 2,500 transactions!
